Governor Rendell to Discuss ASSET Teaching Model with Teachers and Students During Visit to Aliquippa Elementary School
HARRISBURG – Governor Edward G. Rendell will visit the Aliquippa Elementary School, 800 21st Street, Aliquippa, at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 31, to participate in a roundtable discussion with teachers, administrators and students about the successes and challenges of using the ASSET (Achieving Student Success through Excellence in Teaching) teaching model. Students who have used the model have either performed as well as, or better than, other students in science.
